Terms & Conditions

1.     The services are provided as per the list mentioned in service page of this website, the total fee is divided into 2 parts, service charges and consultancy process.

2.     The total fee is Rs.9999 which is Rs. 4000 for services provided for resume building, portal optimization and other services as mentioned in Services page of this website

3.     Once you take the service, you can avail the full benefit of the services until your tenure as mentioned by Netzwerk Consultants is over. Which is 6months from the date of signing the online sign up form.

4.     The service will start only after the complete reception of payment.

5.     No extension in tenure will be given under any circumstances or whatsoever.

6.     Client must follow all the client’s guidelines as mentioned below, failing which a client will not get any refund as per this policy.

7.     An exclusive telegram channel will be given for all subscribers to get job alerts and you can apply for all those jobs suitable for you. And keep the contact person updated on all application sent by you.

8.     If you don’t follow company’s policy and break any of the rules, then company has all the rights to suspend your service with a mail intimation any time.

9.     Any malpractice or misbehaviour with any of the company staff or management company has all the rights to take legal action against you.

10.  NETZWERK Consultants may levy suitable penalty or fine on student including cancellation of registration for violation of the above guidelines.

11.  Make sure to visit this page regularly to see all the updates and changes made in terms and conditions. Any changes made will be notified through your registered mail ID.

12.  Until your tenure you can avail as much as interviews from the services.

13.  The fees/subscription is not transferrable to anyone.

14.  Company will use your reviews/images in text and video graphic format to advertise periodically for the company.

Client's Guidelines

1.     Client needs to send reports on a weekly basis what instructor told, if you miss 2  weeks or 10 working days, we don’t take any responsibility for interviews/ jobs.

2.      You must be active in the group / channel which we are adding, once you get information about the job opportunity immediate apply for it (we are tracking each individual for 2-3 weeks) otherwise you will be removed from the respective group / channel.

3.     Must and should update each activity after activating subscription, it will help consultancy to guide you accurately for clearing the interviews at the earliest.

4.     Must and should follow all the instructions without fail to avail better service.

5.      If you fail in the first 5 interviews then you should contact the delivery person so that Netzwerk consultants can take special care and help you to prepare and clear further interviews.

 

6.     After clearing interviews and getting offer letter you need to connect the delivery manager for further process of job verification for your safety purpose. 

Refund Policies

1.     If Netzwerk Consultants fails to provide you 5 interviews in the mentioned tenure of your subscription you can opt for the refund of Rs. 5999 which is the fees of consultancy or you can opt to increase your tenure for 3 months thereafter.

2.     Once you make the payment, the refund will be processed only if company fails to deliver what it has promised or committed. No refund will be initiated if you want to withdraw from the service for any reason.

3.     The Service charges of Rs. 4000 is in no way refundable even If the client doesn’t use service or implement it.

 

4.     If the client fails to follow any of the client’s guidelines then he/she will not be eligible for any refund of full fee (Service + consultancy).

I have read & understood the above terms and conditions and on (link of terms and condition page) at the time of registration at NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY website and I am aware of the service NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY shall provide to the students.  I understand when I am eligible and not eligible for the fee refund as per the terms and conditions. I hereby declare and undertake that I have read and understood the terms and conditions and will strictly adhere to the all same time. I further agree that I will fully comply with all decisions made by NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY with regards to the above procedures and understand that the same will not be subject to any review under any circumstances.
